All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
USA First-Class Mail: Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Usually orders will ship next business day. Typically you will receive your order within 2-4 business days from when your order was placed. Flat Rate $2.95
USA Overnight Mail: Ships same day, Mon -Fri. *IMPORTANT* Order must be placed by 9am MST to receive your overnight shipment by the next day. Flat Rate $30.00
CANADA Shipping: Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Usually orders will ship next business day. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the time your order ships for your order to arrive, but it typically will take about 7 days.. Flat Rate $10.00
INTERNATIONAL Shipping: Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Usually orders will ship next business day. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the time your order ships for your order to arrive. Flat Rate $14.50.

Due to the nature of this product we cannot accept exchanges on used products. You may return or exchange unused product within 30 days from when you receive your order with a full refund minus shipping and handling. It must be shipped back in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If item(s) need to be exchanged, customer is responsible for return shipping costs and paying shipping for the exchanged item(s).

In our experience we can usually find a solution to any problem. Our products are the first of their kind and sometimes take a little practice to discover how to use them correctly. We will work with you the best we can to make sure our products work for you, to do so we do ask that you continue to use our products for a couple of weeks to work out any issues. If after using our products 4-5 times you still are not satisfied we will issue you a refund. *IMPORTANT* If your product is unwashed and unused we will offer a refund for as many units you return in this condition. However, we can only offer a refund for ONE washed and/or used product. So, if you have purchased more than one unit please test one out first before washing and using the others.
Cancellation of order
Once an order has been placed, depending on where it is in processing, it may be changed or cancelled if it has not been shipped. If it has been shipped, we cannot change or cancel your order. It will be sent to the customer and then they can refer to the Return/Exchange Policy.
